Shipping Information / Tracking Numbers

How was my order shipped and can I get the tracking number?

All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement. When the order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers on packages shipped via USPS may take 1-2 business days from the date the package was shipped before they are activated. Standard delivery time for most Domestic orders is 3-6 business days.

Your tracking number is viewable in your order's information in your account online with us.

You will also receive a tracking confirmation email, so check your spam folder if you did not receive that email or the order notification email. Adding sales@mysticparts.com to your contacts will prevent those emails from being sent to spam. We do not have mailing lists.
