Please contact us by clicking on the "Submit a request" link to request a return authorization or call us at 609-488-4637 or 609-296-1300.

We request that all returns be sent back to us either using the box that your order was received in, or a similarly sturdy packaging.

Please DO NOT sent parts returns in plain paper envelopes! These get jammed in the postal sorters and either we get damaged parts, or no parts at all. In this circumstance, we cannot issue refunds or exchanged due to lost or damaged parts.

10% Restocking fee for parts returns may apply.

REFUND PROCESSING

The two banks involved may take up to 14+ business days from the date that we do the refund to complete the actual refund to your account, please be patient!
