Product Errors

You sent me the wrong part.

  • If we accidentally send an incorrect item, as does occasionally occur, Scott's Bait & Tackle may arrange, in its sole discretion, to retrieve the item at no charge to you for the retrieval.
  • We will endeavor to obtain the correct part for you as well.
  • This does not apply if a customer orders an incorrect part, in which case, it is the customers responsibility to return the item at their cost for exchange/refund.
